Returned & Undelivered Packages
Orders returned due to an invalid or incomplete address may incur an additional reshipping fee. Once an order is confirmed delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to avoid delays or additional fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery — no reason required.
Before sending items back, please contact customer@eirwenjewelry.com with your order number or email. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returns must be approved by our team before sending back.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Damaged or excessively worn items may be rejected.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 100-day warranty from delivery for products with manufacturing defects or damage on arrival. Please email customer@eirwenjewelry.com with photos and your order number.
Please Note:
- Breakage or tarnishing due to manufacturing defects is covered; we will provide a free replacement.
- Misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
